“Build Your Worlds” was a Southwark Council commission for their London Life program of live art and performances in spring 2013. This program was developed in partnership with Dulwich Society, Friends of Dulwich Park, Dulwich Festival, Pavilion Café, local councillors and residents.

The dance performance/installation included more than 200 participants from different local community groups which contributed through dance and visual arts activities to the final performance in Dulwich Park on the 19th of May.

Giant and colourful windmills, interactive berries, dancing tunnels and an array of abstract architectural features constructed by the audience were the perfect background for this participatory event that unfolded during a long day full of quality dance, beautiful original music, fun and surprises.
